PURCHASING & SENDING
What is eGift Card?
eGift Cards are virtual pre-purchased vouchers which can be used towards in-store + online purchases.
How long will take for the recipient to receive the eGift Card?
Right after the sender receives the confirmation email of the order placed, the recipient will receive an email attached to the eGift Card voucher and will be able to shop immediately.
For orders that include merchandise, the eGift Card will be sent to the recipients when the order's status changes to "Shipped".
How do I cancel the purchase of the Gift Cards?

Can I purchase multiple eGift Cards on the same order?
Yes. You can purchase multiple eGift Cards on the same order.

RECIEVING & REDEEMING
What exactly will the recipient receive when I send the eGift Card?
The recipient will receive an email with the subject line of "The Sender's Name has Sent You a Gift Certificate for Northern Reflections" attached with the link to retrieve the eGift Card.
The link goes to the webpage of the eGiftCard purchase with the eGift Card theme that you selected, with your recipient's name and your personalized message, its value, code number to redeem online and the barcode for redeeming in-store.
