What is the Northern Friends Rewards Program?

The Northern Friends Reward Program is a loyalty program where you earn reward dollars on the subtotal of your purchases when shopping in-store or online. Enjoy special offers, discounts, and VIP access to in-store events, product launches, and Advance Notice of upcoming promotions and Bonus offers!

How do I join the Northern Friends Rewards Program?

Easily join the Northern Friends Rewards Program by signing up for an Online Shopping Account. If you don't have an account yet, simply click here to create an Online Shopping Account or visit a local Northern Reflections store near you.

How can I earn Northern Friends Reward Dollars?

To earn Northern Friends Rewards Dollars, simply create/login to your Online Shopping Account before checking out. When shopping in-Store, the store Associates will be able to assist you by looking up your account.

How do I check my Northern Friend Reward Dollars balance?

You can check your reward balance by visiting your account page upon sign-in or visiting your local Northern Reflections Store.

How can I redeem my Reward Dollars?

You can redeem your Northern Friends dollars to online orders by simply entering the amount requested to be applied to the order in the checkout.

A minimum of $25 Northern Friends dollars is required to be eligible for redemption to the subtotal of the order. Northern Friends dollars cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards, Donations, shipping charges if applicable, and taxes.

I am an existing member of the Northern Friends Rewards Program. How do I connect to my Online Shopping Account?

To connect your account, simply login to your Online Shopping account, select "Yes" I am a member, fill out and submit the required information. Once your account is verified, the page will update with your corresponding Loyalty account number and balance. You are now ready to earn or redeem Northern Friends Rewards dollars online at the checkout!

What is the birthday discount?

Simply enter your Birthday when creating an Online Shopping Account to receive a 10% Off Birthday Email on your birthday month! Birthday emails are sent on the 1st day of the birthday month containing a special code - just for you!

This coupon can be used in-store or online at the checkout during your birthday month. Please note, clearance items are excluded. Ask an associate for more details.
