What is the NR Friends Loyalty Program?

The NR Friends Loyalty Program is a loyalty program where you earn reward dollars on the subtotal of your purchases when shopping in-store or online. Enjoy special offers, discounts, and VIP access to in-store events, product launches, and Advance Notice of upcoming promotions and Bonus offers!

How do I join the NR Friends Loyalty Program?

Easily join the NR Friends Loyalty Program by signing up for an Online Shopping Account. If you don't have an account yet, simply click here to create an Online Shopping Account or visit a local Northern Reflections store near you.

How can I earn NR Friends Loyalty Dollars?

To earn NR Friends Loyalty Dollars, simply create/login to your Online Shopping Account before checking out. When shopping in-Store, the store Associates will be able to assist you by looking up your account.

How do I check my NR Friends Loyalty Dollar balance?

You can check your reward balance by visiting your account page upon sign-in or visiting your local Northern Reflections Store.

How can I redeem my Loyalty Dollars?

You can redeem your NR Friends dollars when placing an order online by simply entering the amount that you wish to redeem in the checkout.

A minimum balance of $25 NR Friends dollars is required to be eligible for redemption on the subtotal of the order.

When redeeming NR Friends dollars, they will be applied proportionately across all items ordered. Should items be returned where NR Friends dollars were redeemed, the amount applied to the item will be credited back to the Northern Friends account and the balance, if applicable will be refunded in the manner originally paid.

NR Friends dollars cannot be applied to gift card purchases, charity donations, shipping charges if applicable, and taxes.

I am an existing member of the NR Friends Loyalty Program. How do I connect to my Online Shopping Account?

To connect your account, simply login to your Online Shopping account, select "Yes" I am a member, fill out and submit the required information. Once your account is verified, the page will update with your corresponding Loyalty account number and balance. You are now ready to earn or redeem NR Friends Loyalty dollars online at the checkout!

What is the birthday discount?

Simply enter your birthday when creating an Online Shopping Account to receive a 10% OFF Birthday Email during your birthday month! Birthday emails are sent on the 1st day of the birthday month containing a special code - just for you!

This coupon can be used in-store or online at the checkout during your birthday month. Please note, clearance items are excluded. Ask an associate for more details.
